These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of Ingrid.

Ingrid is operated by Oren Greenberg, located at:
86–90 Paul Street, London – EC2A 4NE, United Kingdom.

By accessing or using Ingrid, you accept these terms and conditions in full. Do not continue to use Ingrid if you do not accept all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.

The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Statement and Disclaimer Notice and any or all Agreements:

“Client”, “User”, “You” and “Your” refers to you, the person accessing Ingrid and accepting the Company’s terms and conditions.
“The Company”, “Ourselves”, “We”, “Our” and “Us”, refers to Oren Greenberg and Ingrid.
“Party”, “Parties”, or “Us”, refers to both the Client and ourselves, or either the Client or ourselves.

All terms refer to the offer, acceptance and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the provision of Ingrid’s software services in the most appropriate manner for the express purpose of meeting the Client’s needs, in accordance with and subject to, prevailing law of the United Kingdom.

Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalisation and/or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to same.

1. Use of the Platform

Ingrid is a strategic positioning and messaging software platform designed to guide users through a structured workshop and generate strategic marketing outputs.

By using Ingrid, you agree:

  • To provide accurate and truthful information
  • Not to misuse the platform for unlawful or harmful purposes
  • Not to attempt to reverse engineer, duplicate, copy or resell the software
  • Not to share login access with unauthorised third parties

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access where misuse is suspected.

2. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, Ingrid and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material, frameworks, templates, software logic and outputs generated within the platform (excluding user-submitted content).

All intellectual property rights are reserved.

You may use outputs generated by Ingrid for your own internal business and marketing purposes.

You must not:

  • Republish Ingrid’s proprietary frameworks as your own
  • Sell, sublicense or redistribute Ingrid’s software, structure or methodology
  • Copy or replicate the platform experience for commercial use

User-provided inputs remain your property.

3. User Data & Confidentiality

We take data protection and confidentiality seriously.

All information submitted into Ingrid — including workshop answers, strategic inputs, positioning details, and business context — is treated as confidential.

Data Handling Principles

  • We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing or commercial purposes.
  • We do not use your proprietary information to train public AI models.
  • We only use your data for the purpose of delivering the Ingrid service to you.
  • Access to user data is restricted to authorised personnel where required for support or product improvement.

Data Storage & Security

User data is stored securely using industry-standard cloud infrastructure with appropriate technical and organisational safeguards in place, including:

  • Encrypted data transmission (HTTPS)
  • Secure storage environments
  • Access controls and authentication safeguards

While no system can guarantee absolute security, we implement reasonable and appropriate measures to protect your information.

You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials.

4. AI-Generated Outputs

Ingrid leverages artificial intelligence to help structure and generate strategic outputs based on user inputs.

By using the platform, you acknowledge:

  • Outputs are generated based on the information you provide.
  • The quality and relevance of outputs depend on the accuracy and completeness of your inputs.
  • Ingrid does not independently verify market claims, statistics, or competitive positioning beyond what you provide.

We do not guarantee specific business results, revenue growth, or performance improvements from using the platform.

5. Payments & Subscriptions

Ingrid operates on a paid subscription basis:

  • Fees are payable in advance unless otherwise agreed.
  • Subscription terms (monthly or annual) will be specified at checkout.
  • Failure to pay may result in suspension of access.

We reserve the right to amend pricing with reasonable notice.

6. Availability

We endeavour to ensure that Ingrid remains available and functional at all times. However:

  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
  • We may suspend the platform temporarily for maintenance, updates, or improvements.
  • We are not liable for temporary downtime or technical disruptions beyond our reasonable control.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we exclude all representations, warranties and conditions relating to Ingrid and the use of this software (including, without limitation, any warranties implied by law in respect of satisfactory quality, fitness for purpose and/or use of reasonable care and skill).

Nothing in this disclaimer will:

  • Limit or exclude liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation
  • Limit any liabilities in any way not permitted under applicable law
  • Exclude any liabilities that may not be excluded under applicable law

To the extent that Ingrid and its services are provided, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of opportunity, or loss of data.

8. Amendments

We reserve the right to amend these terms at any time. Updated terms will be published on this page.

Continued use of Ingrid after amendments constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

9. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
